2. Upload your clear photo / scanned copy of the requirements.
3. Coordinate with your municipality of destination. The Municipality will be the one to approve your S-Pass Application.
4. Register and get your QR Code at www.STAYSAFE.PH for health condition reporting and contact tracing.
5. Register and get your QR Code at www.ELNIDOTOURISM.PH.
6. All Negative RT-PCR / Saliva (from Red Cross) Test Results shall be valid for only 72 hours upon extraction before boarding.
