• Waiting time for arrival transfer in Singapore is strictly 15 hour from fight landed and meet-up point wil be at information counter of arrival hall. Waiting time for arrival transfer in Malaysia strictly 1 hour from fight landed and waiting Area at Airport: KLIA Main at Mobile Kiosk Area, KLIA2 at Entrance of Old Town White Coffee Restaurant. Departure pick-up to airpot is fixed at 4 hours before departure time for both Singapore and Malaysia

• For Singapore and Malaysia - Coach departure pick-up time is 1 hr prior ETD. For Malaysia 2 hrs pick-up if guests will take KUL-SIN via First Coach.

• For Coach Arrival in Singapore - guess to call hotline once they clear immigration to arrange pick-up, or Coach Arrival in KUL we will arrange pick-up 6-7 hours after coach depart from Singapore. Any delay it's best to contact our hotline in advance.

• Singapore Midnight Surcharge applies from 2100-0730 hrs @ USD 10 net per person on Twin Share/ USD 16 net per person on Single

• Malaysia Midnight Surcharge applies from 2200-0700 hrs @ USD 12 net per person on Twin Share/ USD 24 net per person on Single
